I'm always on the lookout for a place that can properly make real, Mexican chilaquiles like my grandmother made. This was pretty good but a bit expensive. We both ordered an entree and only had water and the bill was $40. They way overcooked my over easy eggs and the chicken was pretty tough. I had both red and green sauce and none of it was spicy. I make my own red chile sauce and this one tasted a bit like tomato and the green sauce had a fair bit of tomatillo and not much green chile. Chips were nice and crispy and overall flavor was decent. The french toast was like a bready churro and delicious! Staff were very sweet and the place was cute and clean, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3. We will try other things here.

Reading prior reviews it seems to be a theme of the server saying they are out of concha's and then show up to the table with one. Same thing happened to me. And even afterwards people just sitting down were getting some so not sure what the deal is with them saying they're out. Had to try this place as it all looks amazing delicious via Instagram Went on a Sunday, wait wasn't too long and they had DJ playing. Too loud to talk and even the server commented on it. It's a great vibe but they could turn it down a bit. Food was amazing! I did not try the Toritos but my friends sent it back saying no shrimp in it and the server explained its small pieces which we only found two upon cutting one open. It was mostly filled with cheese. Overall love the vibe and food. Prices are as expected with everything going up. I had an entree and a concha with tip it was $30 Parking is a bit complicated. Not much in front as being shared in strip mall but can find some in back next to church.

This place is cool! Highly recommend this spot to everyone! Service amazing! Dj on Sunday! Everything we had was amazing! But the best tacos were hands down the best !! Homemade tortillas were like wow cafe de olla was super good . The chilaquiles were so good! I can't wait to go back !!

The food was amazing. I was disappointed on the scrambled eggs. I didn't think we can mess up on scrambled eggs. Never again will I order that style eggs. The mimosa flights were amazing! French toast was delicious. Will go back to try something new. The parking was in the back dirt road which was different. Not that much parking in the front. The place is that busy.

Delicious! I absolutely love chilaquiles and this place has all the options and sauces! I especially love the green and Juarez style... of all the options/sauces, the least favorite was red. I'm not a green sauce girl, but they did it right here! The Juarez sauce is like an orange red chili. The churro French toast is so good! Our server was very patient and friendly as we had a lot of questions. The ambiance is really cool as well. Relaxed earthy vibes. The mimosas and cafe de la Olla is tasty! I Thoroughly loved my experience here and highly recommend! Would love to come back and try the other non breakfast options.

This place is super busy and parking is limited. Valet parking is really the only way to go. The vibe in the restaurant is fun and we saw all types of people and families. I love the wall decorations and the bar area looks fun as well! Music was a tad loud but if you're going for brunch with the ladies it's a great spot! The menu is wide variety of breakfast and lunch. You can build your own chilaquiles too! They had some sopes that looked good as well. We will be back! Service was great too!

We've driven by this place a few times and decided to stop for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Rolled in around 8am and we were greeted and seated right away. The breakfast menu is unique for the area and the portion sizes show value for the money. It will be nit-picky I know but, the only area of opportunity is that our server only refilled my coffee once - which sucked since it was so good and that caused me to have a drinking problem I got the Breakfast Ramen Birria and the Wife had Tostadas de Chicharron - we each lived what we ordered and decided we would come back.

I am a big fan of chilaquiles so I've been wanting to try this restaurant out for a while. It's located on the corner of a nondescript strip mall and it seems more modern and updated than the other businesses. The menu had so much to offer, and I liked that in addition to the various types of chilaquile combos available, they also have a build your own chilaquiles breakfast. I decided on that, going with red and green sauce (Gotta get it X-mas style if there's the option!), birria for the protein, with queso fresco as the cheese, with sour cream and pickled red onion as additional toppings. When it came out it looked amazing! It tasted just as good as it looked too. It was perfectly executed and I enjoyed all the different elements put together. It was such a hearty meal I needed a to go box so you definitely get your money's worth of food. Service was decent and we were checked on as needed during the meal but there was a bit of a wait towards the end of the meal for getting the check and a to go box.

My friend and I went on a Thursday at 10:30am. No wait, wasn't busy inside and we both got parking spots easily. I will say there doesn't seem to be a lot of parking in front from what I saw. Unless there is some behind the restaurant but I didn't look. A lot of private parking for the church and other businesses around it. So I can imagine it being like hunger games looking for parking on the weekend. Lols The decor is modern and cute when you walk in. We were greeted and sat at a table right away. It's pretty specious inside. Our waitress was nice with answering all my questions I had. They have a good variety of drinks and food, it's not just chilaquiles. I like how you have the option to customize your chilaquiles. I went with the chilaquiles rojos with birria and it was good. My only complaint is they were they were on the border of cold and warm but I'm glad the chips weren't soggy. The waitress gave me a side of the spicy molcajete sauce to try, I'm glad she did bc I didn't like the taste. The rojos sauce is better. The serving is a good size but pricey for $20 when you can make it for cheap at home. Lols But eating out isn't cheap. I also tried my friend's churro French toast and it was delish.
